How does having your own tailored coffee subscription sound?

Well, by joining the two chimps coffee club, that is exactly what you get. Let’s dive into our coffee club to find out more and to see how easy it is to set up.

Setting Up The Subscription

Getting started with your coffee subscription couldn’t be easier. Firstly, choose which coffee you would like sending each time; or, if you cannot decide, opt for our mystery coffee. Next, choose if you would like your coffee grinding for your favourite brewing device, or if you prefer it to be left in wholebean.

Your next decision is to decide how much coffee you would like delivering to you each time. Would you like 250g, 500g or 1kg? Our top tip would be to order less and more frequently. For instance, if you order 250g per week, your coffee will be much fresher than if you were to order 1kg per month.

Lastly, how often would you like your coffee delivered? This can be on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly frequency. Now, fill in your billing and shipping information, and then you can get ready to pounce on the postman!

If you are unsure on any of the options above, you might find our coffee wizard handy. It even picks the coffee for you, depending on your drinking habits; how cool is that? It won’t take long either. Just four questions and you are on your way to coffee greatness. If you don’t like the coffee recommended by the wizard, you can change it too.

Our Coffees

All of our freshly roasted speciality coffees are available as part of a coffee subscription; including our limited edition coffee and our mystery subscription as mentioned previously.

Here at Two Chimps Coffee, we only roast and supply speciality coffee. Speciality coffee is a high grade of Arabica coffee which is lovingly cared for throughout its life, resulting in coffees that are bursting with flavour. It is our job as small-batch coffee roasters to get the most out of each and every coffee. We feel we owe it to the coffee farmers to continue their love and care given to the coffee roasting process too.

Freshly Roasted

We freshly roast our single origin coffees multiple times each week. This assures that only the freshest coffee arrives with you. Fresh is best. Don’t believe us? Try it and see.

Ever Changing Coffees

Every 8-12 months or so, our coffees change. Because we source coffee from small farms and cooperatives around the world, when it has gone, it has all gone.

Although the same farm will grow coffee again the following year, certain factors, such as the climate

and rainfall can have a huge impact on the quality of coffee produced. When one of our coffees is coming to its end, we already have its replacement ready to go. This replacement will be very similar in taste, but not exactly the same.

For instance, if the original coffee had a lime-like acidity, we would source a coffee with a similar, citrus acidity. Just think of all the coffees you could try!

When a coffee changes, you don’t need to worry – leave it all to us. Your coffee subscription will continue as usual, just with a new and exciting coffee to try! Not a fan of the new coffee? Get in touch and we will exchange it for something more up your street.

Mystery Subscription

Our mystery subscription gives you the opportunity to try loads of different coffees! Each time we send out your delivery, we will send a different coffee to that you had previously.

A mystery subscription is great if you are new to the world of speciality coffee, or you love trying new things.

Ordering & Delivery

On your first order, you have a choice in how it is delivered to you. Choose FREE first class delivery, or, if you are in desperate need of awesome coffee, choose Special Delivery. This guarantees that your coffee will be delivered by 1 pm the next working day if ordered by noon.

All deliveries that follow will be sent with FREE First Class. With your first order, we also send a Two Chimps Coffee tin to store your coffee. How awesome is that?

You Are In Control

From when you start your coffee subscription with us, you are in control. Going away and want to freeze your next delivery? No problem. Just log into your account and pause your subscription. When you return, just log in and restart it again. Alternatively, contact the team, and we will sort it for you.

Going on holiday in the UK? Have your coffee subscription sent to your destination instead. Again, log into your account and adjust the shipping address to suit. Just make sure you change it back again when you return home.

Fancy a different coffee or different grind size? No problem. Just let us know.

There are no hidden costs either; nor are you tied into a contract. This means that if the time ever came where you wanted to leave us, you can do so, hassle-free. However, we will miss you.

Fresh Is Best

Fresh is best. This is something that the team here at Two Chimps Coffee are incredibly passionate about. To start, we only source the freshest green coffee. We then roast in small batches by hand to assure that our roasted coffee is the freshest it can be. Lastly, as mentioned above, we send everything direct to you with FREE first class delivery, which should be with you the following day.

Starting a coffee subscription means you will always receive a fresh supply of coffee. To recap, our subscriptions range from weekly, fortnightly or monthly with either 250g, 500g or 1kg sent at a time. We freshly roast coffee multiple times each week and we grind fresh to order too.
