Emma O’Neill worked as an Estate Agent and Mortgage Adviser for 15 years before she founded Oundle and Stamford Mortgages at the beginning of 2019.
Emma now uses her new business to put her practical experience and in-depth industry knowledge to good use.

Oundle & Stamford Mortgages is based in Oundle, which is also where Emma calls home. They’re proud to help local people, having many of their clients from this area. They also offer services across Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire and they’ll even come to visit you.

We have very similar values to Emma when it comes to business such as we’re experts in what we do, we come highly recommended, we offer the best advice on our products and we’re here to support you for life! It was a match made in The Midlands!
When it comes to choosing a house, everyone has different likes, tastes and styles, not to mention a list of requirements, which is not too dissimilar to choosing coffee! This is why we recommend our ethically sourced Honduran coffee, 88 Minutes Past 3 to Emma. We like to think of this as our All Day, Everyday Coffee as it is a medium roast; perfect in all devices and has delicious milk chocolatey notes.
We send our coffee to Emma pre-ground, but for freshness, we only grind on the day of delivery to keep it as fresh as possible! We only ever roast to order and hand deliver for free, meaning Emma’s New Homeowners are getting the freshest coffee available. What a great way to toast a new home!
Loving life
As well as running her business, Emma loves holidaying in Cornwall as well as travelling abroad. If you don’t see her working out in the local gym, she’ll be enjoying time at home baking, cooking, online shoe shopping or watching Netflix with a gin in hand! Ironically Emma doesn’t like coffee! She does, however, have good taste when it comes to choosing coffee! Emma also lives in Oundle so if you see her out and about, just say ‘Hi’.
