Speciality coffee is cared for and nurtured throughout its life from being hand-picked and hand-sorted to being hand-roasted in small batches by coffee roasters like us.

Speciality coffee is sweet and smooth, with no ‘bad’ or ‘undesirable’ flavours. With this in mind, when we roast, we don’t need to over roast to hide any impurities within the coffee beans. We keep our roasts lighter, enabling us to caramelise the sugars and avoid any bitter or burnt notes.

We roast fresh in small batches multiple times each week. In turn, when the coffee arrives with you, it is as fresh as possible and therefore as tasty as possible too!

Why do you hand-deliver our coffee?

Wherever possible, we will deliver it to you by hand. If not, we will post your wholesale coffee order free of charge instead.

Hand delivering gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that arise, ask us to check the calibration of your machine and grinder or, just have a good old chin wag about harry potter and why bananas are yellow!

If you are a little further afield from the roastery, to keep our carbon footprint down, we don’t hand deliver as often. Don’t panic; however; you will still be able to ask us Harry Potter related questions, just a little less frequently. In the meantime, the chimps are always on the end of the phone and happy to talk.

Free Training

We offer unlimited FREE training for all of our wholesale coffee customers. For existing members of staff who have been using a coffee machine before, a refresher is always useful. Coffee training is super useful for new staff members too.

Starting a new venture with no past experience? Don’t panic; we’ll have your latte art perfected in no time. If you find it useful; we have workbooks with easy to follow steps too.
