We all know how annoying and tedious it can be waiting for an essential package to arrive.

If you have left something to the last minute and need a guaranteed by 1 pm delivery the following working day, don’t panic! You can choose to upgrade your free 1st class delivery service to our new Guaranteed Next Working day delivery. The days of waiting around for your essential coffee order are over!

Fast and free 1st class tracked delivery over £25

We use Royal Mail First Class Delivery as the standard delivery option for all our products. All coffee orders are posted the same working day if you place your order before noon. If you place an order for next day coffee after 12, we will try our best to get your order on its way to you the same day. If this is not possible, however, we will ensure your order leaves us on the next working day.

Although we don’t facilitate orders over the weekends or on bank holidays, Royal Mail does deliver six days a week. This means that if Pat and his cat are on form, you should receive the order you placed on Friday morning, on Saturday.

For all 250g coffee orders, we use a large letter service. This means that unless you have a tiny letterbox, your coffee could be with you the next day, AND you don’t even have to open the door!

For anything larger than 250g of coffee, we use Royal Mail’s First Class small parcel service. We use this also for any brewing device you may wish to add to your collection. Small parcels don’t always require a signature; however, they won’t fit through your letterbox.

We don’t send anything, coffee or otherwise, on a second class service. We much prefer fresh coffee to arrive with you rather than coffee that has been in the postal system for three days. Fresh is best.

Tip

If you know you are going to be away from home when your order is due to be delivered, let us know a safe place where your parcel can be kept, and we’ll let the postman know. This way, you will still get your coffee delivery the next day. Alternatively, have your coffee delivered to work instead. Just let us know the address you would like your coffee sending to.

If you have to pop to the post office to collect the following day, that could be one more day without awesome coffee. Imagine that. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Keep your addresses up to date

If you have a subscription with us, or you are wanting to start one, ensure your billing and shipping addresses are always correct and up to date. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your coffee getting into the wrong hands. A collection from an old address could also slow your next day coffee delivery down.

If you start a coffee subscription with us, not only does this mean that you won’t run out of coffee again, and therefore, no more waiting for coffee to arrive, but it also means you will have the freshest coffee on the street. Cool huh?

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery by 1 pm

For a small addition, we offer a Guaranteed before 1 pm Next Day Delivery service. If you place an order before noon, we guarantee you will receive it by 1 pm the next working day. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery can be added to everything you can find, sitewide.

You can also add Next Day Delivery to a gift subscription or regular coffee subscription. If Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is selected, you will receive the first order of your subscription the next working day before 1 pm, with your future orders being delivered by First Class.
