The Chimps take on Liverpool at the BizX conference!
Two Chimps is at BizX Liverpool!
This week, head chimps Andy and Laura are heading to Liverpool to attend the two-day BizX event. Thousands of business owners and entrepreneurs visit this event annually to learn, explore and discuss the latest business growth strategies. During these two days, the focus will be on acquiring and retaining customers via talks, workshops, and networking. By the end of the event, we will walk away with valuable knowledge, practical templates, and innovative ideas.
Speaking at this event are former Dragons Den investor Piers Linney, entrepreneur and TC personality Deborah Meaden, Olympic Goal Medallist Dame Kelly Holmes, ActionCOACH founder Brad Sugars and many more!
BizX Awards Ceremony
As part of this event, BizX also has an Awards ceremony hosted by TV presenter Stephen Mulhern, where they honour the accomplishments, achievements, values, and contributions of businesses and their owners across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Two Chimps has entered the award for Green Company of the Year. This is awarded to a brand that has had successful green projects and innovations, which is something that we have always considered in our brand fundamentals.
Since our launch in 2016, we have adapted many aspects of Two Chimps to make it more sustainable for our planet. Climate change has already begun, and we want to ensure we are part of the solution, not the problem. All our packaging is 100% recyclable, and with the help of Positive Planet, we are proud to be carbon neutral.
Our speciality coffee is sourced from smallholders and co-operatives via a small supply chain. Our farmers are green-minded, ethical, and transparent, hand-picking every cherry rather than machinery. We pay more than the industry standard price for our coffee. This encourages our farmers to be mindful of our planet and deters them to work in environmentally damaging jobs such as illegal logging. Wahoo!

Charlotte joined Two Chimps after completing her BA Hons in Graphic Communication and Illustration at Loughborough University. She also earned two diplomas: Art and Design Foundation and Professional Studies.
What Charlotte does outside of the treehouse:
In her spare time, Charlotte is a keen baker and loves to bring delicious treats for the team to enjoy during their Monday tea break. Charlotte likes to practice her drawing and painting skills to relax, usually with one of her cats sitting on her lap to keep her company!
