Two Chimps Coffee Now Available in Market Deeping

If you’re looking for a coffee house that specialises in brewing and serving a good cup of coffee, then you are in luck.

We are over the moon to introduce you to Godsey Lane Coffee Shop, our newest member of the two chimps troop.

The Shop

As you walk down the beautifully picturesque high street of Market Deeping near Stamford, you will find a lovely selection of small independent shops, cafes, antique stores, book stores and other outlets that make up this beautiful market town. Carry on a little further and you will find our newest member, Godsey Lane coffee shop.

Godsey Lane is proud of the fact that they serve the most local produce across their food and drinks menu. Talking of food, their brunch menu is served up until 12 pm. The menu consists of some tasty breakfasts such as sourdough and avocado, toasted teacakes and bagels along with some locally sourced bacon and sausage sandwiches.

For the rest of the day, you can enjoy some stunning lunchtime dishes such as soups, salads and more locally sourced ingredients for sandwiches and paninis. Haven’t got time to stop and sit in? Well, these guys have you covered with take away food and drinks options too. There really is something for everyone. Mmmmmmm It’s making me very hungry just thinking about it.

The Coffee

Now, let us chat about where we come in. Adrian and Janetha, the owners, really know their stuff when it comes to the best coffee and hot drinks. And they don’t just offer the one coffee. Oh no… They love to provide their customers with a choice and a selection of coffees.

For instance, they don’t just serve one of our coffees, nor two of our coffees, nor even three of our coffees. They currently offer four of our coffees. Yes, you read that right, Godsey Lane has four of our coffees to either drink in or take away.

All served through a V60 filter; you can currently enjoy our Brazilian coffee, I’m a Natural — a creamy yet chocolatey coffee with hints of praline and a cherry-like acidity. You can also enjoy a cup of 88 Minutes Past 3, a super tasty and easy-drinking coffee with a pear-like acidity. The third coffee is our Ethiopian, Welcome to Another Day. This simply divine coffee has a subtle blueberry and passionfruit sweetness — a cracking cup to start the day with. And last but certainly not least, you can enjoy our Decaf, Isle of View. Sweet and complex with hints of milk chocolate and subtle lime acidity, and decaffeinated using the sparkling water process.

So there you have it, a coffee shop stocking 4 of our coffees ready for you to enjoy with a sandwich or a brunch. Sounds almost too good to be true eh? Go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
