Our Coffees
Here at Two Chimps Coffee, we source and hand roast speciality coffees. These coffees are of very high quality and are a much higher grade of Arabica coffee in comparison to commodity graded coffee, which is often supplied by wholesale coffee suppliers.
The farmers who grow speciality coffee work incredibly hard to ensure their coffee is nurtured for throughout its life until it leaves them.
When we receive the fresh green coffee, we feel that we owe it to the farmers to roast every bean to its full potential. We never over roast a coffee so that it becomes burnt and bitter, simply because we don’t have to. Over roasting is usually needed when the coffee is of lesser quality and full of impurities. By roasting darker, these ‘defects’ can be masked. Rather than roasting to mask, we use our roasting knowledge to bring out the natural flavours and aromas which are just waiting to burst out of the coffee.
From time to time, our coffees will change. This is nothing to worry about; in fact, we see this as a good thing as it means your customers get to try new, yet similar coffees.
Once a coffee has been harvested, processed, shipped, roasted and drunk, it is gone for good. When the time comes to change one of our coffees, we have another one ready and waiting to take its place. Although it won’t be identical, this new coffee will have similar tasting notes to the one it is replacing. For example, a coffee with an apple-like acidity would be replaced with a coffee that had a similar fruity acidity.
Ordering
We like to make things as easy as possible for everyone; including our wholesale coffee customers. At the start of each week, we will contact you for your coffee order. We don’t have a minimum order quantity, so if one week you need more or less than usual that’s cool with us. Once we have received your order, we can begin roasting.
Freshly Roasted by Hand
We roast to order fresh each week, by hand and in small batches. Our ethos is ‘fresh is best’, and we stick to this like superglue to your fingers. By roasting freshly to order means you receive the freshest coffee and therefore, in turn, so do your customers.
Fresh coffee tastes better, and your customers will love you for it.
Delivering
If you’re in the local area, we will hand-deliver your coffee to you, and while we are there, we will double check your machine to make sure everything is working how it should be. Little further away? No problem. We will send your freshly roasted coffee order to you using a next day courier. Don’t worry; we still pop by to check on your machines, just not as often. This helps us keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.
Free Training
We offer free, unlimited coffee training for you and your staff. Whether your team are experienced in using your coffee machine or have had minimal experience; our coffee training will help and assist all; by ways of a refresher or the complete package. As mentioned, not only is our coffee training free, but it is also unlimited.
New team members joining? No problem. Give us a call, and we will be there in a flash.
Our coffee training also covers how to clean your coffee machine correctly. Knowing how to maintain your coffee machine properly will save you money on repair bills in the future. Looking after your machine will mean that it looks after you for a very long time to come.

Online Promotion
Social media, like Instagram, is one of the easiest ways to get your business’s name out there. We will give you a helping hand by engaging with your posts; introducing our customers and followers to you and your new coffee.
If you are running competitions, events or have a deal that you want people to know about, you can count on us to assist you with getting as many people as possible to hear about it.
In addition to promoting you on social media, we also promote you on our website through our blog. We will write an in-depth article introducing your business to the wider world. We will also talk about the coffee you will be serving too.
Come and See Us
If you and your team want to learn more about your new coffee, come to the roastery for your very own coffee school. We will talk about how our coffees are grown and harvested, along with some of the processing and drying methods used. Create A Custom Blend
We know how important it is to stand out from your competitors and offer your customer a different experience to the business across the road. That’s why we give you the opportunity to create your own custom coffee blend. Try all of our coffees, then blend to make it your own. Once you’ve created your blend, name it and tell the world about the coffee blend that is unique to you.
Point of Sale Material
To help spread the word about your new awesome coffee, we have a number of point of sale items for you to use in and around your business.
For instance, we have Two Chimps Coffee branded A-boards with loads of space to write whatever you’d like. Our a boards are a great way of promoting a discount, a new menu or anything which you would like to share.
Ever thought about offering takeaway coffee? Well, we can supply you with branded takeaway cups in small quantities if you’d like to give it a whirl.
Also available are A4 posters which give some background information on the farms which grow the coffee you are serving. Again, this may give you the advantage over your competitor as you have the info to share, and they do not.
These are great for customer satisfaction too, as they help to assure customers that they are drinking a very high-quality coffee.
