Why choose a coffee subscription service? Well, with super fresh coffee, simple account management and a customisable subscription to name just a few, the benefits are clear! Keep reading to find out why our coffee subscription service is a must-have!

Fresh Is Best

As I’m sure you’re aware, ‘fresh is best’ is our ethos here at Two Chimps Coffee. We promote our way of thinking to our wholesale and subscription customers to ensure they drink the freshest coffee.

Starting a coffee subscription with us means you will always receive a fresh supply of coffee. Our subscriptions range from weekly, fortnightly or monthly with either 250g, 500g or 1kg sent at a time. Of course, the choice is yours, but if you would like to receive the freshest coffee possible, we would recommend starting a subscription with a smaller quantity over a shorter period of time.

We freshly roast coffee multiple times each week and we grind fresh to order too.

If you would like to change the amount of coffee you receive just give us a bell and we will be more than happy to help.

Leave It To Us

The last thing you want to be doing in the morning is making your way down to the local supermarket to get your caffeine fix as you have found yourself out of coffee. If you have a subscription with us for 250g of coffee, the postman will put it straight through your letterbox, meaning your coffee is ready and waiting for you, and you don’t even have to open the door!

Life can get pretty crazy sometimes. After a day of being here, there and everywhere all you want to do is chill out with a cup of coffee. But wait, you’ve been so busy that you forgot to order a bag! Well, with our subscription service, you can focus on other important things while being confident in the knowledge that your coffee needs are being taken care of.

Our Coffees

The most important thing about our coffee subscription service is the coffee itself!

We have eight coffees in total to choose from which include a decaf, our limited edition blend and a limited edition single origin. Not sure what you fancy? No problem! Choose our Mystery Coffee Subscription and we will send you something different every time.

The coffees we source are known as speciality coffees. Think of these as the Rolls Royce and Bentley’s of the coffee world. They are a much higher grade of Arabica coffee and have been nurtured throughout their life from when they were grown to when we receive them for roasting.

Helping Out The Community

With the help from an importer, we source our coffees from small farms, estates and cooperatives from around the world.

Using an importer to help source our coffee means our supply chain is kept nice and short. We have a direct relationship with the importer, who then has a direct relationship with the farmer.

With a shorter supply chain, we know more is getting back to the farmer who can, in turn, improve living conditions and coffee processes to have an even better harvest the following year.

Roasting

For us, roasting is the opportunity to really show off a coffee. We can plan and manipulate the roast to ensure we bring out the flavours and aromas that are hiding with the coffee.

It’s often the case that commodity coffee (the stuff you find in supermarkets) has been roasted really dark to try and mask the undesirable flavours it produces. This results in the coffee having a burnt and bitter taste.

Unfortunately, many believe this is how coffee tastes as they have never been introduced to speciality coffee. Here at Two Chimps, we roast lighter, as not to mask or hide any of the beautiful flavours. This results in our coffees being sweet and complex, and very moreish.

Flavours and Aromas

There are over 850 aromatic and flavour compounds in coffee. Depending on how it has been grown, processed and roasted, some coffees have more fruity and sweet flavours, whereas others may have more of a chocolate or nut hint. With so many different characteristics to choose from, there really is something for everyone!
