Am I tied into a contract?
No, you’re not tied in at all. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Can I order more coffee if I run out before my next delivery?
Yes, get in touch, and we can send you another bag of coffee at the same price as your subscription, so you never have to be without it. Or, click the running low tab in your account and as if by magic, coffee will be on its way like a miniature knight in shining armour.
I’m going on holiday and won’t need any coffee. Can I skip a delivery?
Of Course! You can access the online portal on the website to amend the date of your next delivery. Or give us a call; we’re always happy to help.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Nothing…zilch…nada. Delivery is always free, and sent with Tracked 24.
How fresh will the coffee be?
All our coffee is dispatched within four days of roasting, so a fresh brew is always guaranteed!
I want to try a new coffee. Can I change my subscription?
Yes! You can change your coffee choice anytime via the website’s online portal or call us!
Our mystery coffee subscription is excellent if you don’t want to commit to one coffee. You’ll receive a different coffee each time!
Do I get any additional discount on the website for being a subscriber?
Yes! If being a coffee subscriber wasn’t awesome enough, you’ll also get 10% off EVERYTHING on the website!
Am I able to gift someone a subscription?
Yes! We offer coffee gift subscriptions from 2 to 12 months. The perfect gift for any coffee lover!
I’ve just received a gift subscription. What happens next?
Sit back…relax..and drink awesome coffee! Everything is taken care of! If you want to change your coffee choice, get in touch!
When your gift subscription ends (sad face), we’ll send a letter to remind you, along with your last coffee. But don’t fret… you don’t have to go back to drinking terrible coffee; set up a subscription so you never have to be without your fave brew.
Can I add a gift note to a gift subscription?
Of course. Add your gift note when selecting your gifting options. Whatever your message is (keep it clean, folks), we will add it to a gift note for the recipient.. lucky them!
