How to redeem a monetary voucher

Ready to have the ultimate shopping spree and get some speciality brews, tea or hot chocolate in your mug? Let’s go through the steps to redeem your gift card together!

Step 1. Head to our online shop, and add whatever you want to your basket! Your code will be redeemable on everything on our site, wahoo!

Step 2. Once your shopping spree is complete, click on the basket icon on the top right of the page.

Step 3. Underneath the products in your basket, you will see a box that says ‘ENTER CODE OR GIFT CARD HERE’. Type in the unique code on your gift card, and hit the apply code button!

Step 4. Continue to check out where you can fill in your shipping details and pay any withstanding amount if needed!

Step 5. Sit tight and wait for your goodies to arrive! Luckily, we only ship with Tracked24 Royal Mail delivery, so your Two Chimps bits will be with you in no time. Happy sipping!

How to redeem a Gift Subscription

You are a very lucky person indeed, as you have been gifted the best thing ever- the gift that keeps on giving!

Step 1. Head to our website, and click on the Subscriptions tab at the top, then ‘Take me to the Gift Subscriptions’

Step 2. Click ‘Redeem a Voucher’ and select the delivery option you have been given (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 deliveries)

Step 3. Select the frequency at which you would like your coffee delivered, the grind size, and the preferred style of coffee (morning darker roast, decaf, etc.), and add to the basket!

Step 4. Click on the basket icon in the top right corner. Here, you will see your selected subscription, and underneath will be a box saying ‘ENTER CODE OR GIFT CARD HERE’. Type in the code stated on your gift card, and click apply!

Step 5. Continue the checkout process by adding your shipping address and other details. Now, all that’s left to do is sit tight for your first bag to arrive. High five!

How to redeem a Coffee Experience Voucher

Who’s ready for coffee school? We can’t wait to share our coffee knowledge and give you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our roastery!

To make things nice and simple, your giftee has given you a TBC (to be confirmed) option for the date of your coffee experience, and booking your slot is super simple!

Step 1. Head to our coffee experience page on our website by clicking on the ‘Experiences’ tab at the top of our home page!

Step 2. Select the course on your gift card, and select the date you want to attend. Hit add to basket!

Step 3. Click on the basket icon in the top right corner. Here, you will see your selected course and the date. Directly underneath this, there will be a box saying ‘ENTER CODE OR GIFT CARD HERE’. Type in the code stated on your gift card, and click apply!

Step 4. You should receive an email confirming your booked slot, but if not, please get in touch so we can sort this out for you!
