This is our way of indicating the roast styles of our coffees. It’s fun and quite simple, really. The more chimp heads that are filled in, the darker the roast. One chimp is light and fruity, two chimps is medium, two-and-a-half chimps are medium-dark. (The eagled-eyed will notice we don’t have three chimp heads for dark coffees. That’s because the beans must be roasted for longer, becoming burnt, which means they lose all those fantastic flavours we strive to develop here at Two Chimps.)

I attended the "Roast your own coffee" course with Andy which was brilliant. His knowledge of the coffee roasting world was excellent which, coupled with his friendliness towards a complete novice with lots of questions, and ease of delivery meant it was a very enjoyable and insightful few hours - well worth the travel!! I would highly recommend.
Finding somewhere that gives you a choice when it comes to a decaf coffee blend is a novelty and the Custom blend option takes it to the next level. I really liked the expert advice they offer through email or chat as they genuinely want to give the customer the best coffee experience possible.
