Coffee Delivery – Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your coffee delivery or have changed your mind, we’re here to help. You can cancel and return your order to us up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In addition, your item must be in the original packaging, and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon informing us of your decision to cancel your order, you have 14 days to post your item back to us.
Upon receiving your item:
Firstly, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days.
Finally, upon initiating your refund, you will receive the credit to your original method of payment within 3-10 days. This can depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Posting your item back to us:
You will be responsible for paying for your postage costs for returning your item.
If your item is damaged:
First of all, please contact us at the earliest possibility.
We may ask for photos of the damaged goods and packaging so we can investigate further.
Lastly, return postage will be at our expense. A replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the damaged item/s.
