A stovetop for all hobs; including induction.
Need a new brew device for your fancy new kitchen? +
Have an induction hob at home and love espresso-style coffee? Then this Bialetti Moka Induction Espresso Maker is for you.
This super stylish coffee maker looks great on any kitchen side – although a new modern design, the aesthetics of the Moka pot haven’t changed since they were first designed in the 1930s.
The base is made from steel and the top from aluminium. This makes the Bialetti Moka Induction Espresso Maker suitable for all types of heat; electric, gas and induction. The top of this induction espresso maker still boasts the traditional look of the original Moka express stovetop, but with the bonus of working across all heating appliances.
To use your induction espresso maker, unscrew the top from the bottom and lift out the coffee basket. Fill the base to the valve with recently boiled water and put the basket back in place. Add coffee to your basket and fill to the top. Do not press down or tamp your coffee. Next, screw the top on and place on the heat, with the lid open so you can observe. Your coffee will start to bubble through the top, and when it starts to spit and gurgle, take off the heat and pour immediately.
Two Chimps Top Tip:
Use recently boiled water in the base rather than cold. Your coffee will extract quicker when it’s on the heat, and you will notice a sweeter taste in your cup.
