What will I learn on this course?

At these hands-on events, you will learn all about the coffee we roast and how we roast it. This will be followed by a coffee cupping session with a selection of our freshly roasted coffees. From this, you will create your own coffee blend using a process known as ‘wet blending’.

Upon finalising your blend, you will combine your beans before we grind them (if required) while you think up a name for your unique coffee blend and take it home.

Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

    How much does the blending course cost?

    Prices start at £50 per person and includes a bag of your own custom blended specialty coffee to take home.

    If you’d like to add a bag of coffee to your booking then select your roast and grind style and we’ll send this out straight away.

    How will I get my booking?

    With all course bookings, your ticket or voucher is sent to you via email. No need to wait for the post to arrive – hurrah!

    Can I book a place as a gift?

    Of course! Grab a Gift Voucher or choose ‘DATE TBC’ and let them choose the date the way works for them.

    You can also choose to send them a bag of coffee in a Two Chimps hand-tied gift box to really make their day.

I did the ‘Roast your own coffee workshop’ and it was absolutely excellent. I had some issues attending my first booked date but Laura was more than helpful and re-booked it very quickly. Andy who does the course is very knowledgable and takes you through a huge amount of info so you have an understanding of what goes into creating a ‘roast profile’. The little 1kg roaster was cute but with Andys help I produced two batches with distinct characteristics. Can’t recommend this highly enough!!

Just wow. They go above and beyond to give you the best coffee experience ever. I ordered coffee on a subscription and the next day I'm already drinking it, thanks to their fast delivery. Also, the goodies you get in the subscription box just make it all the better, especially the stickers which I've decorated my coffee jar with. It's a real 5 star experience, and the coffee is beyond delicious. Would recommend!

I attended the "Roast your own coffee" course with Andy which was brilliant. His knowledge of the coffee roasting world was excellent which, coupled with his friendliness towards a complete novice with lots of questions, and ease of delivery meant it was a very enjoyable and insightful few hours - well worth the travel!! I would highly recommend.

Finding somewhere that gives you a choice when it comes to a decaf coffee blend is a novelty and the Custom blend option takes it to the next level. I really liked the expert advice they offer through email or chat as they genuinely want to give the customer the best coffee experience possible.
