New to the world of proper coffee; rather than that nasty instant stuff? Yep? This is for you. This is also for those who have loved proper coffee for before they can remember and who are looking for new brewing methods or tips and tricks for existing ones.

This home brewing workshop will be a hands-on and informative morning for all who attend. In a small group, we shall explore speciality coffee before diving in to look at different coffee brewing devices in more detail.

To begin, we will chat all things coffee; from how coffee grows to how it is harvested, processed and ethically sourced. Next, we will talk briefly about what we do here at Two Chimps Coffee and the coffee roasting process.

We will discuss brewing devices and the differences each offer. This will include ‘traditional’ brew methods, such as a Cafetiere and Moka pot alongside some ‘newer’ devices such as the Aeropress, V60 filter, Cold brew and even Nitro brew coffee.

This brief introduction will follow with a hands-on demonstration of how each device works, along with tips and tricks to get the most out of each device. The opportunity for you to make coffee in an array of different devices will bring the session to a close, along with tasting each one, of course!

This course will start at 9 am and will run for approximately 2-2.30 hours.
