Why our coffee?
Our coffee is awesome. It’s high-scoring, ecologically sound, single-origin coffee, ethically sourced via the shortest trading route from the farm, and hand-roasted in Oakham, Rutland. We roast in small batches multiple times each week and grind on the day of despatch before delivering to your door, ensuring maximum freshness. We also deliver for free, and there’s no minimum order quantity either.
Why choose speciality coffee? The simple answer is it’s better. Speciality coffee offers a breadth and depth of flavour that mass-produced commodity-grade coffees can’t even dream of. Speciality refers specifically to beans awarded 80 points or more by a certified coffee taster or Q-Grader (coffee’s answer to a sommelier). They only award high scores to coffees that taste interesting and vibrant. Flat, dull coffees receive less than 80 points and fall headfirst into the ‘commodity coffee’ category.
By purchasing speciality coffee from us, you are supporting farmers across the globe. We pay between 30 and 150% more than the ‘going rate’ for our green coffee. This way, the farmers are paid what their crops are worth. This extra money helps raise living conditions and allows farmers to invest in a great harvest, year after year. We also like to keep our supply chains short. With less in the chain, we can be sure that more money makes it back to the farm and its workers.

Your grinder and coffee machine are where the rubber hits the road, so we are on hand to dial in your machines to suit your new coffee and check it periodically to make sure all is tickety-boo.
Even better, we offer continual free training to your team for as long as you need. So, whether you’ve taken on new staff, want a refresher course for your current team, or need a few questions answered, we’re here to help. Call us any time of day or night; we can assist.

We don’t just do coffee! We have a selection of tasty loose leaf teas, sourced from around the word and all meeting the same high ethical and environmental standards as our coffee. This box contains two 125g bags of tea so whether you want a divine Darjeeling, a perfect peppermint or banging breakfast tea, we’ve got you covered. Just make your choices below.
In the market for something sweeter? We’ll also send you 500g of our artisan hot chocolate. We’re not talking powder here, we’re talking the good stuff – premium cocoa flakes, made with love, care and 71% real chocolate, creating the most intense, chocolatey drinking experience. Just add milk.
