Freshly Roasted Coffee at Murdoch’s Eatery and Bar

Finding somewhere for the whole family to eat can often be a tricky task.

Do you usually end up debating for a good half an hour before you give up and decide to have a takeaway instead? I know I certainly do! But what if there was somewhere that catered for everyone? Even if it’s just a quick drink to start the evening off. Well, we’ve found the perfect place and you can now find Two Chimps freshly roasted coffee at Murdoch’s Eatery and Bar.

Whether you want freshly roasted coffee in the morning, an evening meal with the family or birthday drinks, Murdoch’s has got it covered. It’s a great place to go with any size of group as their menu caters for everyone!

If you’re stuck for somewhere to go with the kids, Murdoch’s has a great kids menu also. They offer a takeaway service too, so if you’re in a rush and need a quick bite, or you want to enjoy their delicious food from the comfort of your home, they have you covered.

The building that Murdoch’s happily resides within had hardly been modernised in 20 years and took around six months to be fully renovated and turned into this now stylish and modern eatery and bar. We think that’s pretty good going!

Adding to their awesome variety of drinks, they now serve Two Chimps freshly roasted coffee at Murdoch’s Eatery and Bar! At the time of writing, Murdoch’s are serving our Guatemalan ‘The Cat’s Pyjamas’ and also our Rwandan ‘Knickers & Gnomes’ decaffeinated coffee, both from an espresso machine.

Murdoch’s also serves a locally produced hot chocolate which ‘B Is For Brownie’ have created on our behalf. Currently, the cacao for the hot chocolate powder comes from Madagascar and is naturally fruity and smooth.

‘The Cat’s Pyjamas’ is a silky smooth, sweet & full-bodied coffee with an apple-like acidity. This coffee has strong hints of chocolate which subside into hazelnut as it cools.

‘Knickers & Gnomes’ is a moreish sparkling water decaffeinated coffee. With a soft acidity, this silky smooth coffee has mentions of toasted marshmallow & cocoa.

Both these coffees have been crafted for the evening, so we’re sure they’ll feel right at home at Murdoch’s.

Murdoch’s order their coffee from us on a Monday for the week ahead. Their coffee is hand roasted on a Tuesday, for delivery on a Wednesday. This way, they are always serving the freshest coffee possible to their customers.
