Namaste To Northampton’s Newest Café
Awaken your body & mind with coffee & yoga at the Roadehouse.
Situated in the centre of Roade, this tranquil calm studio is the perfect place to practice Yoga & Pilates…And grab a speciality coffee!
Unfortunately for Maxine & Paul, the timing wasn’t on their side when only six days after their first full day of opening, they had to close the café due to the Coronavirus outbreak. This is a real shame for the village of Roade as the Roadehouse café was highly anticipated amongst the locals. The large following of fans on Facebook, all followed the progress of the café opening over the two months since visiting us.
The yoga studio
The yoga studio, which was established over a year ago was the first part of the venture run by Maxine & Paul, and now, it is complete with a café. In the short time they were open, it became a popular place with the locals. They all praised the café for its excellent food and coffee.
Health & Well Being
Health & Well Being are clearly an essential part of their café USP, as everything has been well thought out with wellness for the mind & body in mind.
The Café
The café has a lovely varied menu of both hot and cold choices, such as jacket potatoes, paninis & soups made freshly on the premises and what is unique is that everything is vegetarian & vegan friendly. As well as homemade cakes, including their vegan biscoff slice, yum! They have taken care and considered the environment, with the use of biodegradable takeaway coffee cups & eco-friendly takeaway food boxes. With the pressure on businesses to ‘go green’ this is a real positive for this establishment.

Coffee
During their visit to Two Chimps HQ, Maxine & Paul created their own unique blend of speciality coffee, which means you cannot find this coffee anywhere except at the Roadehouse! Currently, they also serve our fantastic decaffeinated coffee, Isle of View from Ethiopia. Isle of View is decaffeinated using a natural sparkling water process. No chemicals whatsoever!
Here at Two Chimps Coffee, all of the coffees we source are single-origin and roasted by hand to bring out the individual flavours of each coffee. However, when blended, something individual can happen. If you think your business would benefit from having a special custom blend of your own, then get in touch with the team!
To Summarise
Their homemade cakes, a unique bespoke blend of coffee & cosy, relaxed atmosphere, makes the Roadehouse a destination café, as well as being a place of tranquillity with their yoga studio right next door. If you’ve never tried yoga, book a class and give it a go. If yoga is not for you. Then you can take away a Two Chimps coffee in a bio-degradable cup and still feel good!
