BEfit is a friendly, honest, and motivational place to train in the heart of Oakham, fully equipped with cardio and strength machines, Olympic bars and plates, kettlebells, ample functional equipment, and a huge selection of weights that cater to all abilities. There’s now a studio for classes including yoga, a treatment room, and the all-important shower room. Veteran trainer and founder Ben Easson started BEfit back in 2014, running personal training sessions in a small unit equipped with a few old dumbbells and a bench. From there, he gradually built up the business, slowly adding more equipment until he was able to leave the small unit behind and open BEfit gymnasium in 2018.

After three years, the business had grown to the point where Ben was able to acquire and integrate the unit next door, doubling the size of the gym. BEfit 2.0 was born. But even this expansion wasn’t enough to cope with the growth of BEfit, and in August 2023 Ben moved the gym into the new, even bigger facility on Hackamore Way.
